Hmm... Sunday..Had a pretty nice day today, first church, then lunch wif some frens, and Sydney came to join us halfway through..=)..well, i suddenly had the idea of bringing Sydney up to view Singapore from the Hot-Air Balloon on her birthday!..i kNow she wanted to go there last time, and maybe it would be a good idea to bring her there on her birthday!..I intend to get sun-flowers for her then!...cos she tells me that she likes sunflowers, and they make her happy!..shall go down to take a look tomorrow, and see if there are any arrangements i can make with the people working there!..=)...less then a month away!...haha...i can't wait!...and i think Sydney must be very excited about her birthday too!.. Wonderful Day...
Hmm.. Had a wonderful day today..in the afternoon, i left with Sydney and 2 of her friends for lunch..Went to Ghim Moh to eat...We'd wanted to eat the Rojak there actually, cos her friends said a stall there sold nice Rojak!..In the end, when we reached there, the stall was closed!...haha...so we ended up eating other stuff..Sydney ate Hor Fun, and i ate char siew rice..=)...poor thing, she is having a cough and a sore throat, so couldn't really eat our favs, like Curry Bee Hoon, which her friend bought...But the Curry Bee Hoon was really spicy!...Both she and I can't take spices, so after trying 1 mouthful, both of us had to quickly turn to our drinks to extinguish the spicyness in our mouths!..haha..anyway, as we were chatting over lunch, we talked about the food they liked in Beijing..then they mentioned this Soursop dessert which Sydney loved whilst studying in Beijing during her exchange...Well, her friend mentioned that there was a stall in Far East Plaza which sold it!... Well, after lunch, Sydney and i went to far east..haha..because i really wanted to try the soursop dessert, and she went with me...=)...it was great!, and Sydney said that it was the closest she had tasted so far, to that in Beijing!...well, i sent her home shortly after that, as she needed to have a couple of hours of sleep before going for her weekly piano practice session which was at 7...twas a nice day.. I've loved you for the past 5 yrs, I'll love you for the next 5 yrs too. For as long as I'm still alive, I'll always have you in my heart. Twarted attempt to suprise Sydney
Hmm... Went to get Sydney some cough drops in the evening. Hope that helps to lessen the coughing that prevents her from getting a good night's sleep..;(..well, i spent about 15 minutes trying to choose the better cough drop at the pharmacy..haha...was deciding between Robitussin and Vicks Vapodrops..to all my readers, which would you have chosen?..Robitussin was a delectable honey-lemon flavour, whereas the Vapodrops were just Menthol flavoured. Well....in the end i chose Vicks Vapodrops, because that's what I grew up with everytime i had a blocked nose, or throat irritations resulting in coughs..and they worked!...hope they work for Sydney too! Anywayyyyyy, initially my intention was to sneakily leave it at her door, and just let her find it herself..like what i usually do..BUT, the thing is i usually have the stuff in a big plastic bag, like when i buy ginseng, chrysenthemum, etc...they'll usually fit nicely in a bag, but today it was just sweets, so i din take a bag, and regretted it!...cos couldn't hang on her door....hahaha....so, i tried to slip it into her house via beneath her door grille..BUT, she was studying at the table just next to the door la!...and as i was sneaking away, i heard her call my name "XXX XXXXXX"...hahaha...you get the idea...my cover was blown!..oh well, it was all the more better to personally pass her the vapodrops...really hope they make her feel better!... get well soon! damselfly

Hope you're feeling better now... did you make yourself a drink from the "sng muay"s, and chrysenthemum petals i bought for you before you sleep as i asked you to?..hopefully if u did, your voice should have got much better!...especially because of the "sng muay"s...they usually work wonders in restoring a person's voice...can't wait to hear your voice back in its full sweetness...haha...you've got the sweetest voice i've ever heard...and seriously, when you sing sun yanzi's songs, i think you bring out the feeling of the song so much better!...I'm listening to "Yong Qi" now...it's like YOUR song lah!....haha...alright...take care!...=).. cheers damselfly

reflections on the day...
Hmmm... Today was good...spent a lot of time with Sydney..=)..ever since i started school in NTU, we've been able to meet up much more!..=)..Plus we take a common module, and we're in the same tutorial group, so we do projects together...well, this morning before i met up with sydney to share cab to school, i bought breakfast for her from her favourite breakfast stall, and also some herbal tea to help her recover from her nasty sore throat and cough, which she's having now...poor thing..=(.. After which we went to school together, had our first tutorial of the day together, and then went for lunch together with 2 of her frens...=)...so cool!..now i can hang out with sydney and her close frens in school!..i really enjoyed today, in her company...after sch, her mum came, and we left together...haha...sydney drove us home...haha...quite cool la!... After i left her, i went to the Chinese Herbal store to buy her some Chrysenthemum petals, and "Sng Muay"...both for making into drinks, so that she can get her voice back sooN!...haha... Get Well Soon!
Sydney's sick... Went with her to the Clinic in the university to have a diagnosis done by the doctor today, as well as to have some medication prescribed for her..i'm glad we're in the same university taking a common module together..at least like today, when she's sick, i can take care of her a little...poor thing, she's got a sore throat, as well as a dry raspy cough...if only i could swap places with her..i'd rather i be sick than her...well, somehow i got a slight cough too, maybe from her..haha...but it's better this way..we'll be unwell together, and recover together..=) smiles.. damselfly
